Spencer is a dedicated financial executive with a strong foundation in leadership, service, and community engagement. Holding an associate’s degree in Hospitality and Tourism Administration and a bachelor’s in Organizational Leadership, Spencer blends strategic insight with a passion for meaningful connections. A former Arkansas State FCCLA officer, they remain committed to fostering relationships and driving positive change across both professional and community spaces. With over fifteen years of professional experience, Spencer has served on the foundation since 2021.

Jaylin Sprout
Secretary
Jaylin is a committed community development practitioner with a strong focus on equity, collaboration, and capacity building in rural communities. With experience supporting programs across Arkansas and the U.S. Mid-South, she brings a thoughtful, place-based approach to programs spanning rural placemaking, public health, and economic development. A former Arkansas FCCLA State President, Jaylin credits her time in FCCLA as foundational to her passion for public service and community leadership. She holds a Master of Public Service from the University of Arkansas Clinton School of Public Service and a B.A. in Political Science from Lyon College. Jaylin has served on the foundation since 2023. |

Marna Farris
Treasurer
Marna was a Family and Consumer Science teacher in Arkansas for 22 years, followed by 14 years in the state Family and Consumer Sciences office at the Department for Career Education, where she worked directly with the teachers and students in the FACS programs and FCCLA organization. She served as a FACS advisor, state coordinator, and FCCLA state adviser. After retirement in 2019 she went to work at the Morgan Nick Foundation as an Educational Coordinator and continues to serve the students in Arkansas by presenting the dangers they face online, what to look for, and how to stay safe as they negotiate the online world. Marna is passionate about the Family and Consumer Program and FCCLA, she has served on the foundation board since 2021. |
