Rose Marie Willis Scholarship
The Rose Marie Willis Leadership Scholarship was developed in 2006 to recognize an FCCLA member who has exhibited outstanding leadership characteristics. The recipient of this scholarship must meet all the eligibility criteria and will be selected through an application review and interview process.
Criteria for Selecting Candidates for Rose Marie Willis Student Scholarship:
- High School Senior
- Minimum of 2 consecutive years FCCLA membership including current year.
- Minimum 2.5 GPA based on 7 semesters of high school coursework.
- Legal U.S. Resident
- Must attend FCCLA State meeting the year the scholarship is received.
- Become a member of FCCLA Alumni and Associates by August 1 of the year the scholarship is received.

Frances Rudd Scholarship
The Frances Rudd Scholarship is for candidates who major in Family and Consumer Sciences in a college or university and plan to teach Family and Consumer Sciences.
Criteria for Selecting Candidates for Frances Rudd Student Scholarship:
- The candidate must be a graduate of an Arkansas high school in the year in which the application is made.
- The candidate must have a 2.5 GPA based on 7 semesters of high school coursework.
- The candidate must have a minimum of 2 consecutive years FCCLA membership including current year.
- The candidate must have demonstrated qualities of leadership and be able to get along with people.
- The candidate must attend the FCCLA State meeting the year the scholarship is awarded.
- It must be evident that the candidate is relating Family and Consumer Sciences training to everyday living.
- It must be evident that the candidate possesses health and energy necessary to pursue a college education.
- The candidate must enroll as a Family and Consumer Sciences Education major in a college or university, with plans to teach Family and Consumer Sciences.

Keys-Bailey Scholarship
The Keys-Bailey Scholarship is for candidates who majors in Family and Consumer Sciences or related occupations in a college or university.
Criteria for Selecting Candidates for Keys-Bailey Student Scholarship:
- The candidate must be a graduate of an Arkansas high school in the year in which the application is made.
- The candidate must have a 2.5 GPA based on 7 semesters of high school coursework.
- The candidate must have a minimum of 2 consecutive years FCCLA membership including current year.
- The candidate must have demonstrated qualities of leadership and be able to get along with people.
